New Installation and Servicing Dealers are required to go through a registration process. This will involve the collection of your company address, contact, and banking information. At the end of this process, you firm will be able to:

Once you have completed the basic registration process to create an account, an email will be immediately sent to the email address that you provided during the registration process. Click where instructed in the email in order for VistaDial to confirm your identity. You will then be sent back to the log-in page. Once you have logged in, you will now be able to administer your site.

The registration process assumes you are either the owner of the Dealership or someone appointed by the Dealership who has the authority to enter the Dealership into a business relationship with Vistadial. If you do NOT have this authority, exit this program. !!! WARNING !!! As Registrant of your Dealership you will be given SuperAdmin privileges. These privileges include: These privileges include: • Access to a complete list of your VistaDial Accounts • Banking and Direct Deposit Information • Selecting which employees of your firm will have access to VistaDial • Receiving emails whenever changes are made to your VistaDial account • Receiving emails containing financial or other information NOTE: As the SuperAdmin you may assign others with equal privileges in your company. For technical staff, assign them a less admin privilege, which allows then to perform installations through VistaDial but removes their access to sensitive financial information.
Site Managers must go through a registration process when setting up their account for the first time. After bringing their site on-line, they need only to log-in to Vistadial to conveniently activate new equipment for service, add/change to existing services and review financial details.

The Site Manager will usually be tasked with approving a vendor for the installation of the equipment providing VistaDial services. Once this equipment is installed, the manager will Sign-up for VoIP and/or other cloud services, provide banking information for EFTs and henceforth manage these services through their VistaDial account.

There are actually two levels of property management administration within the Vistadial website. The first, as described above, is concerned with the actual site managers which may have one or many sites under their care. Each site will require a unique username and password and must be viewed on an individual basis.
The second level is the head office administrator, or SuperAdmin, which may view all sites under the care of their respective managers. The head office administrator can ultimately add and change managers, equipment and servicing dealers for any site.
To have access to SuperAdmin privileges, the head office must first register as a site manager then send an email to request@vistadial.com using the email account you created during registration. The email should contain a corporate letterhead assigning a particular user with SuperAdmin access. Upon receipt of this email, Vistadial will contact the designated person in the letter for verification. Please allow 2 business days for activation.
TIP: Information pertaining to Electronic Fund Transfers (EFTs) cannot be changed by the Head Office SuperAdmin. This privilege remains with the site manager.
